From 1 April 2022, the Gas Boiler Act made personal and company certification mandatory for anyone working with gas boilers in the Netherlands. A technical regulation with real consequences for thousands of professionals — and a story that needed to be told clearly.

For ROVC, one of the Netherlands’ leading technical training institutes, I produced this explainer film featuring account manager Jeroen Janssen and IW Nederland training advisor Mustafa Kocak. The goal was simple: take a complex legal requirement and make it accessible, actionable and human.
